Personal History
Victor was born in 2431 to Michael and Julia Caroline on the USS Noonian. Both of his parents were starfleet officers with his mother being a Doctor and his father being the Chief Science Officer. He was born and raised on the Noonian. His father left him and his mother for an Orion slave girl approximately six months before he reports in to the Enterprise. He has a tendency to turn his frustrations into law breaking actions. He is also a good hand to hand fighter and an excellent pilot. The quest to bring his father to justice came to a futile end when his father took a bullet to save Victor's life. Vic was informed when he returned to the Enterprise that his mother's finance was killed by a rogue shapeshifter from the past and that his mother was resigning from starfleet. After his mission on Ferrius Prime he was promoted to full Ensign and was told that his service on the Enterprise would count as his field study upon his acceptance to starfleet Academy. In 2448 he was named Acting Chief Helm Officer until a permanent replacement for Commander Smith. He is still currently assigned to security under Security Chief Eld.
In 2448 he was accepted to join the academy and left the Enterprise when the fall semester began. He decides to major in helm control minoring in command. After completing his four years he was assigned back to the Enterprise as Chief Helm Officer repacing the departing Kobarra.
