Personal History
K'Ehleyr is a on again off again lover of Worf. They have a 6 year old son together named Alexander. In 2365, K'Ehleyr ran into Worf after a couple years of seperation as the Federation Ambassador assigned to Qu'noS to deal with a sleeper ship from the past. Worf proposed only to get turned down. A year and half later she returns to the Enterprise ready to spend her life with Worf even introducing him to his young son but was turned down by Worf because of his discomindation from the Empire.
Turned away she took her son with her after Gowron was chosen to be the new leader of the Klingon homeworld. She spent a couple of years serving as a Federation Ambassador to Qu'noS. In 2372, the Federation reassigned her to Bajor as the Federation Ambassador serving on DS9. Shortly after she moved to DS9 the Federation withdrew from DS9 and she was reassigned. A permament replacement was already assigned to Qu'noS so she was left with the only available assignment that saw her get placed on a planet on the brink of civil war. Seeing this as no place for her 6 year old son she allowed him to live on the Enterprise with his soon to be step mother.
After the Federation retook DS9 she was reassigned to DS9 and was reunited with her son.
