Gold Star Appointment	Issued as an award attachment for 5 consecutive medals.
Silver Star Appointment	Issued as an award attachment for each consecutive medal.
Mission Bar: Command	Issued for each mission completed (consecutive Mission Bars will have a Red 'hash mark' beside it).
Mission Bar: Engineering/Operations	Issued for each mission completed (consecutive Mission Bars will have a Gold 'hash mark' beside it).
Mission Bar: Science/Medical	Issued for each mission completed (consecutive Mission Bars will have a Blue 'hash mark' beside it).

Combat Awards

Award	Award Description
Starfleet Medal of Honor	The highest decoration awarded by Starfleet Command and the United Federation Of Planets, the Starfleet Medal of Honor is given to individuals who show self-sacrifice, heroism, and courage despite extreme peril in the service of the United Federation Of Planets. Because recipients are considered to be the embodiment of the highest ideals of the Federation, their descendants may automatically enter Starfleet Academy. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Starfleet Medal of Valor	The Starfleet Medal Of Valor is awarded for an act of valour or devotion to duty in the presence of the enemy. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Starfleet Medal Of Bravery	The third highest award in Starfleet, the Medal Of Bravery is awarded to Starfleet personnel for acts of bravery in hazardous circumstances. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Starfleet Cross	To any person who, while serving with Starfleet Navy or Marine Corps, distinguishes himself in action by extraordinary heroism. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Distinguished Service Award	Awarded to service members who, while serving in any capacity with the Starfleet Navy or Marine Corps, distinguish themselves by exceptionally meritorious service to Starfleet or the United federations Of Planets in a duty of great responsibility. This award is issued by the Award Council.

Citation Of Conspicious Gallantry	For conspicuous gallantry in action, performed by all ranks of Starfleet. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Karagite Order Of Heroism	This decoration is awarded to individuals who have shown conspicious heroism in defense of Federation worlds and their populations in times of conflict. It is named in honor of the successful Starfleet Marine defense of the planet Karag against Klingon invaders during the Four Years War. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Legion Of Merit	Awarded to members of Starfleet without degree for exceptionally outstanding conduct in the performance of meritorious service to the United Federations Of Planets. Awards to foreign or allied member worlds are made in one of 4 grades (Chief Commander, Commander, Officer and Legionnaire) as appropriate to their rank and services rendered. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Prantares Ribbon	The Prantares Ribbon is awarded to military personnel or civilians who have saved a life of a Federation civilian through peaceful means. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Purple Heart	The Purple Heart is awarded to any member of Starfleet of the United Federation Of Planets who, while serving under competent authority in any capacity with one of the Starfleet branches, has been wounded, killed, or who has died or may die of wounds received in armed combat or as a result of an act of terrorism or attack. This award is issued by the Award Council.
Prisoner Of War Medal	For military service as a prisoner of war. It is awarded to any member of Starfleet who, has been taken prisoner or held captive while engaged in an action against an enemy of the United Federations Of Planets. This award is issued by the Awards Council.
Incursion Medal	Awarded to service members who defended the United Federation Of Planets against Hostile attack. Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Awards Council.

Gaming Awards

Award	Award Description
Joint Service Meritorious Unit Award	The JSMUA is awarded to all ships, who participate in a Multi Sim, Joint Mission. This citation is awarded by the Spartan Fleet Commander in Chief.
Command Citation	The Command Citation is awarded to any command division crewmember who, while performing their duty deserves mention in the captain's official log and report to Spartan Fleet. This citation is awarded by the Captain.
Ship's Services Citation	The Ship's Services Citation is awarded to any Engineering, Operations, Security (or any other personnel wearing the gold uniform department colour) crewmember who, while performing their duty deserves mention in the captain's official log and report to Spartan Fleet. This citation is awarded by the Captain.
Medical & Sciences Citation	The Medical & Sciences Citation is awarded to any Medical or Sciences crewmember who, while performing their duty deserves mention in the captain's official log and report to Spartan Fleet. This citation is awarded by the Captain.
Character Developement	Issued for writers who, since their character's first appearance in the sim, has developed their character far beyond the minimal posts to appearing in major plots and interacting with other characters. This citation is awarded by the GM and Captain.
Writing Award	This Citation is awarded to players who contribute to the plot by taking the initiative and developing their story to fit the simm. This Citation is awarded by the GM.
1 Year Service Award	Issued to all crewmembers who have served on the ship and sim for one year.
Good Conduct	Issued to any crewmember who shows good conduct and who's character(s) demonstrate ideally what a Starfleet Officer is. This citation is awarded by the GM and Captain.
Improved Writer	This citation is issued to any player that has greatly improved their role-playing abilities since their start. This citation is awarded by the GM and Captain.
Leadership Award	Awarded to any crew member that take the time to assist new members that are new to RPG's (or the sim) and give them guidance and support on how better to interact as a new player. This citation is awarded by the GM and Captain.
Outstanding Player	Awarded to the best, overall player in the sim. This citation is awarded by the GM.
Recruiter Award	Issued to any player who brings another person into the sim.
Shuttle Pilot's Wings - Senior (Ace)	Issued to any player who has Senior Shuttle Pilot/Ace Fighter Pilot qualifications.
Shuttle Pilot's Wings	Issued to any player who has shuttle pilot qualifications.
Phaser Rifle Expert	Issued to any player who is qualified as a Phaser Rifle Expert.
Hand Phaser Expert	Issued to any player who is qualified as a Hand Phaser Expert.
The Captain's Award	This Award is issued by the Captain to any crewmember for whatever reason.
Posting Award	Issued to every crewmember who has posted a minimum of, and consecutive 25 Posts.
Joint Post Award	Issued to every crewmember who has participated in the best Joint Post in a month. This can be issued to the same person even though they JP'd with another character. This citation is awarded by the GM and Captain.

Non-Combat Awards

Award	Award Description
Life Saving Award	For gallantry in saving life of a Starfleet or Allied personnel. This award is issued by the Awards Council.
McCoy Award	Awarded to members of Starfleet Medical Personnel who distinguish themselves as individuals or as members of Starfleet military units or ships by meritorious, direct, non-routine participation in a medical operation or humanitarian nature. This award is issued by the Spartan Fleet Medical Director.
Cochrane Award	Awarded to members of Starfleet Engineering Personnel who distinguish themselves as individuals or as members of Starfleet military units or ships by meritorious, direct, non-routine participation in a engineering operation or humanitarian nature. This award is issued by the Spartan Fleet Engineering Director.
Alpha Quadrant Service Award	For service on active duty, peacekeeping or observer missions approved by Starfleet. Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Captain/GM after a mission in the Alpha Quadrant.
Beta Quadrant Service Award	For service on active duty, peacekeeping or observer missions approved by Starfleet. Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Captain/GM after a mission in the Beta Quadrant.
Gamma Quadrant Service Award	For service on active duty, peacekeeping or observer missions approved by Starfleet. Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Captain/GM after a mission in the Gamma Quadrant.
Delta Quadrant Service Award	For service on active duty, peacekeeping or observer missions approved by Starfleet. Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Captain/GM after a mission in the Delta Quadrant.
Judge Advocate General's Corps. Service Medal	For outstanding service in name of the Starfleet Code Of Military Justice (SCMJ). Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Spartan Fleet Judge Advocate General.
Federation Peace Medal	For service on peacekeeping or observer missions approved by Starfleet. Both military, allied and civilian personnel are eligible. This award is issued by the Awards Council.
