Personal History
Annika Hansen was born in the United State on Earth in June 2350, to Magnus and Erin Hansen, two exobiologists. She was exceptionally bright and graduated highschool shortly after her 16th birthday. She decided to go to the Air Force Academy to become an officer in the Air Force to explore space. It only took her three years to complete the four year program via larger class loads and summer courses. In 2370 she was assigned to the engineering department of the USAF Enterprise under Captain Sisko. A year later she was promoted and moved to the operations department to allow her to utilize her science and engineering abilities. She was promoted to the Chief of the Department in early 2372. Later that year she was on a shuttle with Lieutenant Sisko and Sargeant Major Blane returning to the Enterprise when she was sucked into the Prometheus' vortex joining them on hteir slide. Upon the Promtheus' return home she was assigned to the Enterprise-D as Chief of Operations.
